Our products are shipped through Australia Post, with options for regular or express delivery. Postage cost is based on item weight, with cost added for postage boxes and GST. We aim to post orders to you within 5 business days, however for special orders or low-stock product there might be increased time for production - which we will advise via email. 

For international orders, please note that processing time and cost can vary depending upon your country's customs requirements. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we may be unable to send tea or cuttings to some destinations. We recommend contacting us before completing your order to discuss this with us. 


If there is a major failure with any of our products or if a product is damaged in delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

 - Please contact us or email within 14 days of receiving the product.

 - You will be reimbursed for return shipping.

 - The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
